Summer Nelson and Meridianville take the tournament!

It was a late game in the DMS Classic opening weekend tournament championship. Meridianville won the game 9-8 in ITB. Summer Nelson, a #2024Showcase invite, pitched a complete game for the win. Nelson, a 2028 graduate, pitched great in the win and helped her team throughout the tournament with multiple big hits.

Up next for Meridianville is a game on 2/20 vs Liberty Middle. After the school season Nelson will be playing for Riot2K08.
