Jeremy Wells and James Pellem came together out of their passion for softball and love of working with kids. Level Up Sports was born out of this same passion to connect local kids with experienced players that want to give back to the game they love.  Combined, they have over 25 years experience in sales & marketing across a variety of industries. They also have coached softball and other sports for over 20 years.
