Although every player must be in the batting lineup (with exception of POs/pitcher only), I understand that myself nor any players are guaranteed any specific amount of playing time or at-bats. College coaches are responsible for setting lineups and determining defense and defensive rotations during the event.*

I understand that I can be moved to another team without notice in the event of current team being in danger of not filling or the coach has to withdraw due to personal reasons. This will not result in a refund.*

I understand that NO refunds will be given for withdrawal from the event. By paying the registration fee, I am securing a spot for my player to attend. If my player withdraws from the event due to a medical reason, death in the family, or other family emergency, I may be given a credit for a future event.*

I understand my ENTRY PAYMENT IS REQUIRED prior to my spot being secured in the event.*
